something was happening in london and the traffic was soooo bad that it took us 45 minutes just to get to the old kent road (which usually would take 3 minutes!!! so we stopped at bermondsey and took a tube to bond street to check out the summer sale and have a sushi dinner.

A DAY OF WII, FOOTIE & CINEMA

oh... and food too!!!
maya made nasi lemak and the day started with eating of course... and then the boys (well just atan and hasli) went to watch iron man (two daddies on a date???). then it was wii time for everyone, more food and the girls went for SATC the movie. the daddies stayed home to care for the kids and of course euro2008. a lovely lovely day and night which didn't end until 4.00 am (more food and wii after that!).

A&E DRAMA
|
|
leelwan woke up at 1.45 am and started hallucinating... screaming for dear life... for 10 minutes!!! it was as if she was chased by something really scary. she shouted for her mummy and daddy and "gojo". maya gave her some paracetamol to reduce her temperature (she was burning!) and atan called nhs direct and was told that if she was still confused then send her to a&e.
after a few minutes... leelwan was still confused... asking her mummy and daddy to hit her eye and that hair was coming out from the ceiling. everyone rushed to kings college hospital a&e and the doctors ran some tests and released her after her temperature came down and she was chirpy and we also found out that she wasn't allergic to neurofen.
when we left... leelwan said that "the doctors fix my eye"... and all was well from then on.
pure er drama!!!

FRUIT PICKING AT SECRETTS

the atanmayas with mama/nenek, adik/mak dek and preeti-nazrul-adek lilly-auntie-ain went to guildford for some fruit (strawberries and gooseberries) and veg (rhubarb and asparagus) picking on a hot hot hot day!
